This project is one of the most interesting of ERP's implementation in the Russian distribution, say experts of «KORUS Consulting». The company has its own offices in the tea-exporting countries and consists of five business units: "Mayfood" - packaged foods; "Mayrealty" - development and property management; "Maytech" - Information and Communication Technologies; "Mayenergy" - processing of oil and gas; and "Mayinvest" - investments. The system is currently running a commercial operation, it already has 187 employees. The company's management plan is the further development of the system by their own IT team and consultants.
