The seminar consists of a general panorama of the coffee origins from Brazil, including the cartography of the producing regions and main geographical characteristics of each. Coffee samples from some of the regions will be available for cupping after the presentation. The presentation will also focus on the recent developments, highlighting some regions that have achieved Geographical Indication and Designation of Origin status for their production.
